I have the honour to inform you that it has been arranged that Her H. B. Lethbridge, late of the Hongkong Gov't Service, has decided to avail himself of the provisions of Section 3 of Hongkong Ord: No 26 of 1897 and to continue contributing to the Hongkong Govt Pension Fund.

  1. The P. A. have therefore been instructed for the present to crediting the amount in question to the Funds of the Colony. It is asking whether this arrangement may be permanently adopted. The Governor of Hongkong is consulting on this matter.
